Milk chocolate bars, finished in England and sold in boxes of twelve.

We buy chocolate from people who grow and roast it properly. Our work is what happens afterwards: what goes on the bar, how it is set, and how it reaches you.

What is here now

One box. Twelve bars, 340g in total, in six varieties: macadamia, pecan, brazil nut, honey-roasted peanut, mango, and cranberry with pistachio.

The chocolate is milk chocolate throughout, at 33.6% cocoa solids and 20.8% milk solids. The nuts go on in pieces large enough to stay crisp rather than disappear into the chocolate. The fruit is there for acidity, not decoration.

What is coming

Dark chocolate bars, at 65% cocoa solids, single origin from Santander in Colombia. Caramel after that.

When those arrive they will be here, with their own ingredients and allergens set out in full. We would rather add one thing properly than six approximately.

Everything here contains milk and soya, and the box above also contains peanuts, macadamia nuts, pecan nuts, brazil nuts, pistachio nuts and sulphites. It may contain wheat.
